N Seoul Tower

N Seoul Tower is a 236-metre communications tower on top of Namsan, finished in 1971 and opened to the public in 1980. Its observation decks look over the whole city, and the terraces at its foot are known for the padlocks visitors leave on the railings. The cable car and footpaths climb the hill from Myeong-dong.
