El Globo de Sevilla

El Globo de Sevilla, named Nao Vigía, is a tethered helium balloon at the entrance roundabout of the Isla Mágica theme park on the Isla de la Cartuja. Held by a steel cable, its circular basket carries up to 29 passengers to as much as 150 metres above the ground for a view over Seville; it flies only when the wind and weather allow.
