Setas de Sevilla

Setas de Sevilla, designed as the Metropol Parasol by the German architect Jürgen Mayer, is a timber structure of six parasols over the Plaza de la Encarnación, completed in 2011. About 150 by 70 metres and 26 metres high, it shelters a market and the Antiquarium with Roman remains, and walkways on its roof look out over the old town.
