Skokloster Castle

Skokloster Castle is a Baroque castle on a peninsula of Lake Mälaren, built between 1654 and 1676 for the field marshal Carl Gustaf Wrangel. Owned by the state since 1967, it shows furnished rooms with paintings, textiles, arms and books, and the Unfinished Hall, left with its builders' tools as it was when work stopped in 1676.
