Lao Tang Lake Art Village

Lao Tang Lake Art Village is an old-style village built on a former fish pond in Xuejia District, about 25 km north of central Tainan. The painter Kuang Yi spent more than 30 years assembling it from the bricks, beams and doors of over 140 demolished houses, creating Minnan-style lanes and courtyards also used as a film set.
