With more than 120 prints, Escher in Het Paleis always shows the best-known works and a selection of ever-changing graphics and tessellations from the oeuvre of Maurits C. Escher (1898-1972). Here you can enjoy his work all year round, from his early Italian landscapes to his characteristic tessellations, his impossible buildings and his world-famous Metamorphoses. This work is displayed in a royal setting: the former winter palace of Queen Mother Emma.
