Trogir Cathedral

Trogir Cathedral, dedicated to St. Lawrence, is a three-aisled Romanesque basilica begun in 1213 on the site of an earlier cathedral and largely finished by 1251. Its west portal was finished and signed by Master Radovan in 1240, the chapel of St. John of Trogir by Nikola Firentinac and Andrija Aleši was begun in 1468, and the bell tower was completed in the late 16th century.
