Dom Tower

The bell tower of Utrecht's cathedral, built from 1321 to 1382 and, at 112 metres, the tallest church tower in the Netherlands. It has stood apart from the church since a storm brought down the nave between them in 1674. Visits are guided climbs of 465 steps; on a clear day you can see as far as Amsterdam.
