A pop-up museum in Vedbæk about the Vedbæk finds: graves of Stone Age hunters who lived beside a fjord here about 7,000 years ago, discovered in 1975 when Vedbæk School was built. It stands where Rudersdal Museums plans a permanent museum.

Rungstedlund, the house on the coast north of Copenhagen where Karen Blixen was born in 1885 and lived most of her life. A museum since 1991, it is kept with her own furniture, and she is buried in the park.

tourist attraction · Kongens Lyngby Boat tours on Lyngby Sø, Mølleåen and Bagsværd Sø since the 1890s, from Sorgenfrivej in Kongens Lyngby. The full round trip takes 1 hour 15 minutes, and two of the six boats date from the 19th century. Sails from May to September.
