Alimentarium

The Alimentarium is a museum about food and nutrition on the Vevey lakefront, run by a foundation funded by Nestlé. It opened in 1985 in the neoclassical building that served as Nestlé's first administrative centre from 1921, and was renovated in 2016. The giant fork standing in the lake opposite belongs to the museum.
