Christ Church Cathedral

Christ Church Cathedral is the Church of Ireland cathedral of Waterford, built from 1773 to a Georgian design by the local architect John Roberts on a site where a church has stood since the 11th century. Its steeple was raised in 1783. Inside are tombs and monuments kept from the earlier Gothic cathedral, which was demolished to make way for it.
