La Cité du Vin

La Cité du Vin is a cultural centre devoted to wine on the Garonne in Bordeaux's Bacalan district, opened in 2016. Its curved building by the architects Anouk Legendre and Nicolas Desmazières holds a permanent exhibition of 18 themed areas on wine across eras and cultures, temporary exhibitions and a glazed belvedere on the eighth floor, 35 metres up.
