Musée de l'Histoire Maritime de Bordeaux

The Musée de l'Histoire Maritime de Bordeaux is a private museum opened in 2017 by the Marinopole collective and now housed in Hangar G2 at the Bassins à flot docks. Ship models, sea charts, navigation instruments, paintings and documents lent by Bordeaux families trace twenty centuries of the port, from the medieval wine trade with England to cocoa, sugar and coffee.
