Museum of Fine Arts

The Museum of Fine Arts stands on Heroes' Square in Budapest, in a neoclassical building designed by Albert Schickedanz and Fülöp Herzog and completed in 1906. Its collection of international art covers Egyptian and classical antiquities, European old master paintings, sculpture and graphic art; the restored Romanesque Hall reopened in 2018.
