St John's College

St John's College is a college of the University of Cambridge, founded in 1511 under the will of Lady Margaret Beaufort. Its eleven courts stretch across both banks of the River Cam, linked by the covered Bridge of Sighs of 1831, and its chapel was designed by George Gilbert Scott.
