Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin

The Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin opened in May 2022 on the site of Dijon's former general hospital, at the first kilometre of the Burgundy Grands Crus wine route. Around historic hospital buildings and new pavilions it groups exhibitions on the French gastronomic meal and Burgundy wine, a wine school, cooking workshops, shops, restaurants and a cinema.
