Church of Notre-Dame
Notre-Dame de Dijon is a Gothic church built from about 1220 in the heart of the old town. Its west front carries two rows of carved gargoyles, its tower holds the Jacquemart, a bell-striking automaton, and a small carved owl on its north side has become a symbol of the city. Inside stands the statue of Notre-Dame de Bon-Espoir.
