Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area

Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area lies about 27 km west of the Strip, managed by the Bureau of Land Management. A one-way scenic drive of 21 km loops past the red and cream Aztec sandstone of the Calico Hills and the cliffs of the Keystone Thrust, with trailheads for hiking and rock climbing and a visitor centre at the entrance.
