Philadelphia's Magic Gardens
Philadelphia's Magic Gardens is a mosaic art environment on South Street by the artist Isaiah Zagar, who began working on the site in 1994 and spent some fourteen years on it. Spread over three city lots, it has indoor galleries and an outdoor labyrinth covered in tiles, mirror shards, bottles, bicycle wheels and china plates.
