Queenstown Gardens

Queenstown Gardens is a botanical garden on the small peninsula between Queenstown Bay and the Frankton Arm of Lake Wakatipu. Planting began in 1866 and 1867; paths lead past tall Douglas firs, a rose garden, ponds with a stone arch bridge, the 1913 Scott Memorial and a disc golf course, with views of the lake and mountains.
