Briscoe Western Art Museum
The Briscoe Western Art Museum is an art museum on the San Antonio River Walk, opened in 2013 in the building that was the city's first public library in the 1930s and later housed the Hertzberg Circus Collection. Named after Texas governor Dolph Briscoe Jr. and his wife Janey, it shows art and objects of the American West, from vaqueros and Tejanos to cowboys.
