T-Mobile Park is the baseball stadium of the Seattle Mariners in the SoDo district, south of downtown Seattle. It opened in July 1999 as Safeco Field and took its present name in 2019. A retractable roof covers the field in rain, and visitors come for Major League games and for guided ballpark tours.
