Merlion Park

Merlion Park is a waterfront park near the mouth of the Singapore River beside the Fullerton Hotel, home to the Merlion, a statue with a lion's head and a fish's body. Sculpted by Lim Nang Seng and unveiled in 1972, the 8.6-metre figure spouts water into Marina Bay; it was moved to this pier in 2002, and a 2-metre Merlion cub stands nearby.
