Clearwater Beach

Clearwater Beach is a barrier-island beach on the Gulf of Mexico in Clearwater, about 30 km north-west of St. Petersburg, with fine white quartz sand. Pier 60 reaches into the Gulf and hosts a nightly sunset gathering with street performers, and a beachfront promenade runs past hotels and restaurants.
