Clearwater Marine Aquarium
Clearwater Marine Aquarium on Island Estates in Clearwater, about 30 km north-west of St. Petersburg, is a rescue, rehabilitation and release centre for dolphins, sea turtles and otters. It was home to Winter, the dolphin with a prosthetic tail from the film Dolphin Tale; visitors see the resident animals and the hospital.
