Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde
Prins Eugens Waldemarsudde on Djurgården was the home of Prince Eugen (1865–1947), painter and art collector, and opened as a museum in 1948 after he left it to the state. Ferdinand Boberg designed the mansion, finished in 1905, and the gallery added in 1913; they hold about 7,000 works, mostly Swedish art, and the park by the water has sculptures and an 18th-century oil mill.
