An indoor observation deck on the 60th floor of Sunshine 60, the 239.7-metre skyscraper in Ikebukuro completed in 1978, about 226 metres above the ground. After a renovation it reopened in April 2023 as Tenbou-Park, with an artificial lawn, seating areas and a café, and its windows look out across the city in all directions.
