Borges Labyrinth

The Borges Labyrinth is a hedge maze on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, in the grounds of the Giorgio Cini Foundation behind the Palladian cloister. Planted with 3,200 box shrubs after a design by Randoll Coate in tribute to Jorge Luis Borges, it opened in 2011. Its path of about one kilometre is walked on a guided visit with an audio guide.
