Maritime Museum

The Maritime Museum occupies former spice warehouses of the Dutch East India Company, built from 1718 beside the old harbour of Sunda Kelapa in North Jakarta. Its long whitewashed halls show traditional boats and models from across Indonesia, old navigation instruments and objects from the colonial era. Part of the complex was damaged by a fire in 2018.
