Mercado 20 de Noviembre

A covered food market two blocks south of Oaxaca's Zócalo, next to the Benito Juárez market. Its stalls serve Oaxacan dishes such as tlayudas, moles and tamales, and in the smoky meat hall, the pasillo de humo, customers choose meat that is grilled on the spot.
