Church of Santo Domingo de Guzmán

A Dominican church and convent in the north of Oaxaca's historic centre, begun in the 1550s and opened in 1608. Behind its plain stone facade the interior is covered in gilded and painted stucco, with a genealogical tree of the Guzmán family on the ceiling under the choir and the gilded Rosary Chapel.
