Museum of the Cultures of Oaxaca

A museum of the INAH in the former convent of Santo Domingo, around its two-storey cloister and vaulted halls. Its rooms trace the history of Oaxaca from the first settlers to the 20th century; the treasure of Tomb 7 at Monte Albán, gold and jade jewellery found in 1932, is its centrepiece.
