Oklahoma History Center

The Oklahoma History Center, opened in 2005 opposite the Governor's Mansion near the State Capitol, is the state history museum run by the Oklahoma Historical Society. Its galleries cover the tribal nations, settlement, oil, aviation and commerce of Oklahoma, and the grounds hold oil-industry equipment and a research centre.
