Historic Sausage Kitchen

The Historic Sausage Kitchen is a small restaurant beside the Stone Bridge, in a building whose origins date to 1135 as the construction office for the bridge. Since the early 1800s it has served charcoal-grilled bratwurst made from pork shoulder, with sauerkraut and mustard, from a tiny kitchen with wooden benches along the riverbank.
