Lake St. Moritz

Lake St. Moritz is a lake of 0.78 km² at 1,768 m in the Upper Engadine, with the districts of St. Moritz Dorf and St. Moritz Bad on its shores. In winter the frozen lake hosts polo matches and, since 1907, the White Turf horse races, which include skijoring, in which horses tow skiers across the ice.
