Segantini Museum

The Segantini Museum in St. Moritz shows the work of the painter Giovanni Segantini, who died in the Engadine in 1899. Opened in 1908, the domed stone building by Nicolaus Hartmann echoes the pavilion Segantini had planned for the 1900 Paris World's Fair, and its dome hall holds his Alpine Triptych, La vita, La natura and La morte.
