Leaning Tower of St. Moritz
The Leaning Tower of St. Moritz is the bell tower of the former St. Mauritius church, first recorded in 1139 and pulled down in stages until 1893 after landslides damaged it. The 33 m tower, dated 1570 and raised in 1672, stands on a creeping slope and leans by about 5.5 degrees; it is seen from outside, beside the old churchyard.
