Cosmo Clock 21

Cosmo Clock 21 is a 112.5-metre Ferris wheel in the Yokohama Cosmo World amusement park in the Minato Mirai 21 district. Built for the YES '89 Yokohama Exposition and moved onto a taller base in 1999, it has 60 gondolas for up to eight people each and a large clock at its hub; one turn takes about 15 minutes.
