North Pier

North Pier is the oldest and longest of Blackpool's three piers, designed by Eugenius Birch and opened in 1863. The Grade II listed pier runs about 500 metres out to sea from the end of Talbot Road and carries a theatre, bars, a carousel and an amusement arcade.
