De Halve Maan

De Halve Maan is a family brewery on the Walplein in Bruges, run by the same family since 1856 and known for Brugse Zot and Straffe Hendrik. Guided tours lead through the brewhouse and up to a rooftop view over the city, and a 3.2-kilometre underground pipeline carries beer to the bottling plant.
