Dubrovnik Cathedral

Dubrovnik Cathedral, dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, was built in Baroque style between 1671 and 1713 after the earthquake of 1667 destroyed the Romanesque cathedral on the site. Inside are paintings by Titian and other Italian artists, and a treasury of reliquaries kept since the Middle Ages.
