Freiburg Minster

Freiburg Minster is the cathedral of Freiburg im Breisgau, begun around 1200 in Romanesque style under the last Duke of Zähringen and continued from 1230 in Gothic style. Built partly on the foundations of an earlier 1120 church, it became the seat of the Archdiocese of Freiburg in 1827.
