Historical Merchants' Hall

The Historical Merchants' Hall is a red-fronted building on Freiburg's Münsterplatz, built as a customs house and enlarged to its present form in 1520-1532. Its arcaded facade carries sculpted figures of Habsburg emperors by Hans Sixt von Staufen. The hall is now used as a venue for private events.
