St George's Hall

St George's Hall is a Neoclassical building opposite Lime Street station, designed by Harvey Lonsdale Elmes and opened in 1854 to hold concert halls and law courts under one roof. Guided tours on set dates show the Great Hall with its Willis organ, the Concert Room, the courtrooms and the cells below; a visitor centre is open in the building.
