About San Diego
San Diego lies on a bay next to the Mexican border, with Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, the USS Midway Museum and the beaches of La Jolla. Balboa Park gathers the San Diego Zoo and museums such as the San Diego Museum of Art and the Museum of Us around Spanish-style plazas. The USS Midway and the Maritime Museum's ships are moored on the downtown waterfront. Old Town keeps the adobes of the early town, Cabrillo National Monument looks over the bay from Point Loma, and SeaWorld sits on Mission Bay. La Jolla Cove is north of the centre. Three days cover the main sights.
