Hikawa Maru is an ocean liner built in Yokohama for the NYK Line and put into service in 1930 on the route to Seattle. She served as a hospital ship in the Second World War, crossed the Pacific 254 times and has been moored at Yamashita Park since 1961; visitors walk through the Art Deco passenger rooms, the bridge and the engine room.
