Living Museum of Gingerbread

The Living Museum of Gingerbread is a private hands-on museum opened in 2006 in an 1860s granary on Rabiańska Street. In guided shows of about 75 minutes, staff in costume explain how Toruń gingerbread was made; visitors mix the dough, bake it in wooden moulds and decorate it in a reconstructed early 20th-century workshop.
