Museum of Santa Cruz

The Museum of Santa Cruz occupies the Hospital de Santa Cruz, founded by Cardinal Pedro González de Mendoza and built in the early 16th century on a Greek-cross plan, with a Plateresque portal and a cloister staircase by Alonso de Covarrubias. Its collections cover archaeology, fine art and decorative arts from the province of Toledo.
