La Maison du Gruyère

La Maison du Gruyère is a demonstration dairy in Pringy, at the foot of the hill of Gruyères, opened in 2000 on the site of a show dairy first inaugurated in 1969. From a visitors' gallery you watch Gruyère AOP being made two to four times each morning, and an exhibition with an audio guide explains the cheese, the milk and the region.
